I,m very Sad to say that today we buried my BEST FRIEND!!!!! CAPT. PONCHO HAS LEFT US. As much as it is a shock to you, just think how I feel ?? You only had the pleasure of fishing with Poncho for a day or maybe 3 in a row. Anyone who fished with Poncho made a friend for life!!! They would plan there Annual Vacation with big Poncho!! He touched so many lives!! Every day me and Poncho crossed paths, either he would be down stairs making my Pancake batter( GETTING HALF ON HIS SHIRT!!) Or calling me if I was just I minute late to start cooking. If we were not fishing, Poncho would just stop in to check on his boat then off to the Bingo hall or to the Casino. Not a day passed by that I did not see that lil white truck pull in here and to start keying up my 2-way radio ( HEY BIG BOURGEOIS!!! ) I use to act like I did not Here him just to see how many times he would keep hitting that button!! Me and Poncho would always sit around and talk about the Business, what Camp trips we had and what had to do to adjust for the crazy economy but we never disgust how will I cope with loosing MY BEST FRIEND!!!!
I LOVE YOU PONCHO !! YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!!!!!!
